This is not a traditional executive assistant role. You’ll operate as a trusted extension of the Founder/CEO, working closely with the Chief of Staff to solve problems, close loops, and handle the things that would otherwise slow the CEO down.
Think of yourself as the person who keeps life and work moving forward - the one who sees a loose end and ties it up before being asked.
One day you may be coordinating a household matter, the next making sure follow-ups from a meeting actually happen, and the next jumping in to untangle an operational snag.
Own the CEO’s to-dos: identify, track, and proactively accomplish tasks across business and personal life.
Handle scheduling, travel, and logistics with foresight and attention to detail.
Keep the CEO focused by managing follow-ups, reminders, and systems to ensure priorities are moving.
Anticipate personal and professional needs, from household tasks to startup operations.
Support the Chief of Staff by executing on tactical initiatives and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Serve as a point of accountability - when something needs to get done, you make sure it happens.
You’re a doer. Scrappy, resourceful, and relentless about execution.
Highly organized with an ability to juggle competing priorities.
Comfortable shifting between professional and personal responsibilities seamlessly.
You see gaps, bottlenecks, or risks before others do, and you fix them.
Startup, operations, executive support, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required. The right mindset matters above all.
Discretion, judgment, and trustworthiness are non-negotiable.
